Creating a user
Go to https://m.beyonic.com/signup to create an account.
Enter your email address and your Ugandan phone number. Use a phone number where you can receive an SMS.
Enter a secure 4-digit PIN that you will remember. And confirm the PIN.
Agree to the Terms and conditions.
Verify your device by entering the 6-digit code that we will send via SMS to your phone.
Your Beyonic user is created and you are logged in.
Providing profile details
Before you can start collecting and paying, we need to approve your profile.
Continue after the sign-up process to provide your personal details.
Take a selfie. Click on the Open camera button. If you are on a phone, your camera app will open. If you are on a laptop, the browser will ask for permission for your camera, click Allow and take a photo. Please ensure you have good lighting and that your face is fully visible. Note: If you are using a device that doesn't have a camera, please switch to a device that does have a camera. Your progress will be saved and you can log in to continue the process.
Fill in your first name and last name.
Provide your National ID number.
Upload a photo of the front of your National ID card.
Upload a photo of the back of your National ID card.
Click Submit and you are finished. We will take 1-2 business days to approve your profile.
