At Beyonic, we have Terms and Conditions that guide our service to you as well as your activities with us. Hence, when there is a violation or suspicion of such, we will take protective measures and err on the side of caution. Here are some of the reasons your account could become inaccessible:

  • We observe inconsistent activities on your account and want to bring this to your attention.

  • We think your account information might be at risk of external interference

  • We find that you were dishonest in your KYC or KYB verification, e.g., using information that is not yours to set up the account.

  • We find that you are directly linked to other parties with malicious or suspicious activity.

  • A third-party (user or visitor) has reported malicious or suspicious activity with your account, and we would like to clarify things with you.

  • You have previously created an account, and we notice another which goes against our terms and conditions.

  • You previously requested an account lock or deletion for fear of the safety of your account.

  • We are required to get additional documentation about your business based on the nature of your business.

  • You are a person of interest in an investigation with a regulatory body or other financial institution that has requested an account suspension pending further notice.

Unlocking my account

First of all, you need to be sure your account was suspended and you were not getting a network error message or server alert. If you are not sure, you can take a screenshot of the page you see and share it via live chat or [email protected] and you will be advised by the customer support agent.

However, if you do get an alert notifying you of suspension, please do the following:

  • Do not panic.

  • Follow the prompt in the message

  • Check to see if you have received any messages to this effect from us

In the event that we suspend or reject an account, an investigation is launched into the conditions surrounding the incident. We may request additional information, and we kindly advise you to be available and forthcoming.

You will receive updates via email regarding the process, and if the outcome of said investigation indicates that you are a risk, you will be denied access permanently.
