For security reasons, the system is designed to lock your account upon several failed attempts to log in. Your account will lock if the PIN is entered incorrectly 3 times.

When locked out:

  1. Kindly wait for 15 minutes before another attempt.

  2. Try to log in using your old PIN.

  3. If you are getting an error, click on the 'Forgot PIN' button on the log-in home page.

  4. Follow the steps as indicated in the ‘I forgot my PIN’ section
