After that, we keep the charges simple -
You will only be charged for Beyonic if you are actively using it.
It's one monthly fee of 20,000 UGX and the network or bank's fee per transaction.
Many businesses find they save money with Beyonic compared to other services which add transaction fees.
How can I pay for the subscription?
The fee is automatically from your Beyonic wallet. We will send a reminder when the subscription is almost due. Ensure you have sufficient funds in your Beyonic wallet to avoid disruptions. If you miss your billing date, we will try again for the next few days.
What happens if I don't pay for the subscription?
If you miss your billing date, we will try again for the next few days. While your subscription is overdue your usage will be restricted. We don't charge any late fees or plenalty fees. So whenever you are ready, just top-up your account and start using Beyonic again.
You can still collect using the Beyonic link.

You can't create any payments.
What if I'm not using Beyonic?
If you have not been using Beyonic, then you will not be charged the subscription fee. The subscription fee only applies to active customers. If you decide to start using Beyonic again, simply top-up your wallet to cover the subscription charge and your account will re-activate. We don't charge any late fees or plenalty fees.
Can I cancel my subscription?
If you would still like to deactivate your account, kindly reach out to us via the chat box or email at [email protected].
Where can I find proof of payment?
An invoice will be sent via email when the fee has been debited from your wallet.
You can also track past and future billings in the app. To do that follow these steps:
Log in to Beyonic
Select 'Profile'.
Locate the ‘Billing’ tab at the bottom of the page.
Click 'View' to see your past payments and future bills.
Activating your account after paying the subscription
After paying your subscription cost your Beyonic account will automatically re-activate by the next day. If you want your account re-activated right away, please just reach out to us via email ([email protected]) or in our chat box.
